Airstrikes From Government Helicopters Hit Small Towns in Southern Syria
Activists said government aircraft dropped explosives on
smaller towns and cities far from the concentrated fighting in Damascus
and Aleppo, where opponents of President Bashar al-Assad reported a
widening military campaign. In this video, people inspected the damage
from a bombing in what is said to be the southern town of Dael. It is
part of a series of videos that showed a helicopter dropping explosives
and civilians being treated for serious injuries. -- Jennifer Preston
